At Concours Agricole, we offer various chatline options, and 10% of the chatline companies we promote employ paid operators to interact with users. That’s why we are always looking for new male and female phone operators interested in creating exceptional experiences for all callers.

We are looking for chatline operators who possess the following qualities:

1. Multilingualism is a plus. You will have an advantage if you speak Spanish, Russian, Italian, or French, as some users prefer to converse in their native language.
2. Open-mindedness and a willingness to engage in a variety of conversations. Most paid-per-minute chatlines cater to unique interests, and operators comfortable engaging in a wide range of conversations will have more opportunities to connect with users.
3. Availability for 5 to 8 hour work shifts, 5 days a week. Consistency is essential in the chatline industry, and callers need to know that operators will be available to take their calls. Therefore, chatline operators must be willing to commit to working at least 5 days a week for a minimum of 5 to 8 hours each day.
4. Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality. Operators must be easy to talk to, have good listening skills, initiate interesting conversations, ask questions, and help their callers enjoy their time spent on the chatline.

Pay Rate for Chatline Operators

We offer a competitive pay rate at Concours-Agricole. Our operators start at a base pay of $15.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $24.00 per hour based on their performance and skill level.

Our chatline company measures the success of our operators by their ability to engage with callers and generate conversions. A successful interaction can be measured by a caller extending their membership or making a purchase during their conversation.

Chatline operators can track their progress and success with user conversions and purchases. With consistent performance and achieving at least 100 conversions per month, our operators can request an increase in their pay rate. We believe in rewarding our hardworking operators for their dedication to creating positive experiences for our callers.
